Betalingsbetingelser ved simpel aflysning eller aflysning pga. Corona eller anden uforudset forhindring for afholdelse af event.
Ved booking fastsættes prisen for det aftalte projekt.
50% af det aftalte beløb betales ved booking.
Frem til 6 uger før eventdato kan der aflyses med fuld refundering.
Med mindre end 6 uger til eventdato gælder følgende:
50% af det aftalte beløb faktureres ved aflysning uanset aflysningstidspunkt og årsag.
Ved aflysning indenfor 14 dage før afholdelse af event faktureres 75% af det aftalte beløb.
Ved aflysning indenfor 7 dage før afholdelse af event faktureres hele det aftalte beløb.

Payment Terms for Simple Cancellation or Cancellation Due to Corona or Other Unforeseen Obstacles for Holding the Event.
Upon booking, the price for the agreed project is set.
50% of the agreed amount is paid upon booking.
Up to 6 weeks before the event date, cancellation is possible with a full refund.
If less than 6 weeks remain until the event date, the following applies:
50% of the agreed amount will be invoiced upon cancellation, regardless of the time of cancellation or the reason.
If canceled within 14 days before the event, 75% of the agreed amount will be invoiced.
If canceled within 7 days before the event, the full agreed amount will be invoiced.
